According to the internet the Olympic BMX Qualifiers are tonight starting at 8PM. Check out NBC for coverage of the event and show some support for BMX racing in the big leagues.

I was checking out The Come Up and I saw this video posted which was pretty sweet. I am always down for some trails and I enjoyed it for the most part. However, I have noticed an annoying trend in HD videos; slo-mo EVERYTHING. There are countless examples of this all over the place and I am sure if you dig around Vimeo you'll see what I am talking about. I know people are psyched that they just dropped six grand on a camera and they want everyone to see how clear the image is, but please stop slowing down every little scene to make it more dramatic.

For those of you who liked the Allen, TX video from a few weeks ago here's some pretty sweet news. There will be a trail jam at the Valley trails at the end of the month. The info is on the flyer below and everyone is invited to attend. I thought there was a Bud Light logo at the bottom of the flyer (like a sponsor) but it turned out to be a bike shop's logo. That would have been cool.
